A limited number of fully furnished (un-serviced) apartments
are available based
on real estate leasing.
These apartments are leased on behalf of apartment owners and are not part of
the Waldorf Bankside Serviced Apartments operation.
The standards of furnishing fit out, inclusions and service may not be in line
with the Waldorf Serviced Apartments standards.
Minimum lease period: 3 months.
Apartments are leased based on availability at the time of
the reservation and can not be reserved in advance.
Security bond (3 weeks rental) is required or in case of corporate
reservation company undertaking is acceptable.
The rental excludes electricity, Sky TV, linen/towel change,
telephone and internet connection.
NZ$250 non-refundable administration fee is payable by the
tenant or the company when reservation is confirmed.
2 weeks rental in advance is required on confirmation of leases.
Extensions of leases are not guaranteed and are subject to
apartment owner's approval.
Linen/towel change, telephone and high speed internet connection
are available subject to additional fee.
All individual leases are subject to credit check.
